Teaching Demography

Demography is teaching at several universities (Faculty of Science of the Comenius University, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of the Comenius University, Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University, Economic University). At none of these universities a separate demographic department exists. 

In 1998, a demographic division was established within the Department of Human Demography and Geodemography, Faculty of Science of Comenius University and both the specialisation "Demography" and the master study "Demography" were introduced.
